Return Policy
All sales are FINAL. Due to the nature of hair extensions we do not offer returns or exchanges for bundles, closures, frontals and custom units. Hair extensions cannot be resold for health and sanitary reasons after being handled or worn. We take pride in the quality of our products and work diligently to ensure all our products exceed expectation. BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH US YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS.
Shipping Policy
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
We have a standard 5 - 10 day processing time prior to the shipment of all orders. This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays. Orders are processed on business days (Monday-Friday) excluding holidays. Standard shipping can take 1-3 business days.
All orders placed after 6pm EST will be processed starting the next business day.
